I've waited on maintenance to fix issues for over a month, I've waited on gates to be fixed for weeks, and waited on breezeways to be cleaned pressure washed for months.
Somewhat updated appliances black , cherry cabinets, decent countertops, nice pool, valet trash pro and con
Neighbors are mostly quiet.

Maintenance always needs reminding of what you reported. I've had to visit the office 4-5 times during my stay here currently 1.5 years for the same issue, and even had to resort to writing upper management and filing a report with the BBB to get simple things fixed. Which were broken upon move in and guaranteed to be fixed, and never came into fruition months later
No enforcement of valet trash standards have your trash bag in your trashcan so that trash juice doesn't leak everywhere . I see bugs around people's trash and this causes stains on the breezeways and it looks very trashy. You would think for the amount of money people pay in the community they would have more pride.
This then leads to the breezeways needing pressure washing due to trash juice that causes ugly stains that have dry in the breezeways.
I would recommend this neighborhood because nowhere is perfect. It could be a lot worse than it is, and the people in the office seem to actually try.
The prior company kept the apartment grounds bettersubmitted by Kiana M. - |Recommended: NoI've come outside since The Artisan took ownership and the grass wasn't cut, trees were not trimmed, the front gate was broken for several days, the wifi doesn't work at the pool anymore, and there are several wasps in front of the breezeway. We didn't have these issues with the last owners.

I think the essential success to any business is to be Customer Centricity - which is being proactive with your innovation and anticipate the customer's wants and needs based on trends in your line of business.
My interactions have been with Brian and I am not sure of his position but his demeanor is very positive toward the customers and has always appeared to be a subject matter expert when speaking to me.
